Hey everyone!

It’s the second issue of Bloom in Color! 

It’s truly been an honor to create this space. It feels like summer has been going by so fast. 

Every year I say that, but man is it truly flying by.

Hopefully you’ve been taking the time to enjoy the summer, however you can. Whether it be staying cool, applying sunscreen, or just unwinding.

Now that we’ve made it halfway through summer, I hope you’ve been able to take time out of your spare time to enjoy the content we’ve put out. I mean, for us it’s been so exciting to showcase talented women as we have so far!

We at Bloom in Color are looking to showcase as many women as we possibly can. That being said, Bloom in Color is accepting women of color contributors for our monthly newsletter, ages 18 and up, to share their art.

We want to highlight all of your articles, poems, photography, artwork, and more!

Please submit to our email bloomincolornewsletter@gmail.com and share why you’re interested, as well as an idea or a sample of what you’d want us to highlight!

As we continue to grow, we are looking to expand our team as well!
